These little cups are very high in protein. They are a great snack when on-the-go! Broccoli Fritters  2 cups broccoli, chopped finely 3 eggs 1 cup almond flour 1 cup cheddar cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano salt/pepper to taste   Preheat over to 350 degrees.
